牟平一男子利用朋友善心诈骗120余万元，大部分用于打赏女主播！

/></p><p>在姚某海实施诈骗过程中，大多利用其父亲姚某玉的人际关系。民警第一时间赶赴姚某玉居所，邀请其到所进行思想工作。经过不懈努力，最终成功打消其顾虑，获取了重要证言。</p><section><strong>经调查发现，姚某海伪装银行客服，捏造其银行卡被冻结的客观事实，并将伪造的短信截图发送给被害人，随后以“解冻银行卡”为由向被害人借钱。</strong>期间，姚某海还告知被害人其被冻结的银行卡内有巨量余额，致使被害人相信其具备偿还能力。</section><section>而据姚某海交代，通过诈骗获取的钱款，除了用于消费挥霍、偿还债务，大部分被用来网络打赏女主播。</section><section>铁证面前，犯罪嫌疑人姚某海对其实施欺诈的违法犯罪行为供认不讳，自愿认罪认罚。目前，姚某海已被公安机关采取刑事强制措施，案件正在进一步侦办中。</section><section
