有房子，可能全款，可能贷款。房子都没有，何来贷款？如果说曾经有房子卖掉了 ...
认贷，曾经有贷款，还完了，房也卖了。
再买，就是二套…… 房产泡沫破裂了 排除别墅，如果能制造出上下楼相互不影响的楼房，比如说楼上孩子跳绳，拍球，楼下基本感觉不到，那我第一时间换房。希望尽早研究出这样的房子。到时候估计百分之五六十的人都需要换房。
