normal;">开发区老旧小区改造的名单已经公布，本年度老旧小区改造共有8个小区，涉及283栋楼，10642户，总投资7200万。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">今年老旧小区改造项目位于开发区福莱山街道，包括宁海小区、静海小区、金光小区西区、金光小区东区、凤台小区、星海小区、夹河苑小区、东星小区共8个小区，改造总建筑面积103.6万㎡。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">改造内容包括弱电管网及空架线入地、道路沥青洗刨、道板砖更换、路侧石更换、道路理石板更换沥青、井盖更换、沥青罩面、道路标线、外墙修缮、停车场维修改造、绿地清表及苗木补植、中水处理站井废除、雨水管网、污水管网、照明、监控、充电车棚加装、单元门维修更换、楼道木窗更换、垃圾分类点设置、维修园建休闲场地、围栏维修更新、增加宣传栏、楼道信息栏、消火栓维修更换、楼道灭火器修缮加装等工程。</p><p
