wrap;">2.与单位解除或终止劳动关系，未重新就业且封存6个月以上的职工账户。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">3.死亡或被宣告死亡的职工账户，已封存的。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">4.已调离本市，在外地工作并正常缴存住房公积金的职工账户，已封存的。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">5.单位合并、分立、撤销、解散或者破产，封存6个月以上的职工账户。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">6.职工个人身份信息不准确的。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">7.账户余额为零，距离现在超过24个月未发生过缴存提取业务的非销户状态的个人账户。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">（二）业务办理类型及方式</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">1.职工达到男满60周岁或女满55周岁（或取得退休证，退休审批表，达到法定退休年龄无法办理退休）的，应及时办理销户提取手续。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">办理渠道：网上办理、窗口办理</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">2.职工已终止劳动关系且封存满6个月，半年内未有用人单位为其缴纳社会保险的，应及时办理销户提取或转移手续。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">办理渠道：网上办理、窗口办理</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">3.职工死亡或被宣告死亡的，继承人或受遗赠人可凭相关申办材料，委托原缴存单位或自行申请办理住房公积金销户提取业务。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">办理渠道：窗口办理</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">4.调离本市，已在外地正常缴存住房公积金的职工，请按现缴存地规定申请办理异地转移接续业务。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">办理渠道：网上办理、窗口办理</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">5.职工存在一人多户情形的，需职工或所在单位确认职工账户信息，办理个人账户合并或转移手续。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">办理渠道：窗口办理</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">6.职工个人身份信息不准确，账户姓名、身份证件信息等登记有误或不完善的，需先变更完善信息后，再行办理账户合并、提取、转移等业务。</p><p style="text-indent: 2.2353em;text-wrap: wrap;">变更完善信息，需职工所在单位出具《烟台市住房公积金个人账户信息变更申请表》，单位经办人应注意核查是否存在重名情况；单位不予办理或单位已不存在的，职工可凭工作证、失业证、劳动合同、工资发放凭证、社保缴费证明、个人档案记录等任一有效佐证材料原件（佐证与单位存在缴存关系）直接向中心申请变更个人信息，并办理后续相关业务。</p><p style="text-indent: 本人原先的老单位〔现在的南大街购物城就是用的原先的总厂〕彻底倒闭了20余年了，当年在单位的时候交过公积金。倒闭后，就没再交了。
今天本人去办了一下，本以为倒闭20多年的老企业很难找回来了，但，经过工作人员的努力，通过各种方式查询，最终还是很顺理领了出来。

芝罘区的老企业，尤其是倒闭的老企业，建议还是到莱山的“市政务中心”1楼进门的右侧的公积金办公区。
7路车“佳世客”站点距离最近
携带身份证，银行卡
如果顺利的话，半个小时左右就可以办理完成，银行卡到帐也很快半小时以内到帐
