普通高层小高层3000~5000左右，基本套用整个烟台！！应该是回到05~06年的光景

不要心虚，使劲砍就行了

老破小回到了2000年以前，亦或者根本没人要，毕竟三、五十万就能买套一百多平的旺角房子

今年4月卖了一套芝罘区的房，61平方，5楼，1999年建的房，22万，不动产证非小产权，交税是税务局要求按43万交的。房价够低了吧，大家赶快降价卖，再不卖就砸手里了。
