style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">近年来，烟台福山区住建局聚焦城市发展，以城市更新为主线、以民生保障为重点，持续优化全区路网结构，不断完善市政基础设施，着力打通丁字路、断头路。</p></section><section style="margin: 20px 0% 10px;text-align: normal;">今年通车的聚福路南延工程道路北起县府街，南至港城西大街，全长1440米，双向六车道，其中主路宽达26米，两侧人行道宽4米。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">聚福路南延通车后，已形成新的贯通城区南北向主干道，不仅有效缓解了福海路、奇泉路、西山路、县府街的交通压力，更为清洋、东厅、福新街道的互联互通、协同发展注入新活力。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section normal;">云龙山路现已直通福山高铁站，往来乘客可以通过云龙山路直接进入福山主城区，并通过聚福路进一步疏导至城区各地，为盘活高铁站房交通、更充分发挥高铁新区价值创造新条件。</p></section></section><section style="margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 0;"><section 0);">三是畅通区域“毛细管”</strong><br/></p><p style="white-space: normal;">聚福路南延、恒业路东延、南苑街西延、云龙山路东延四条市政道路通车后，对其周边的雨污水管道、人行道、路灯、绿化带等市政附属设施也进行了配套建设。</p><p style="white-space: normal;">聚福路南延及周边市政路的建设，为中海万锦公馆、中瑞云山度、西山社区等周边居民出行提供了更加畅通的条件。</p></section></section></section></section><section style="padding-right: 10px;padding-left: 10px;font-size: 15px;line-height: 2;"><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">目前，恒业路东延、聚福路南延、南苑街西延、云龙山路东延等4条市政路已全面通车。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">不断完善路网、提升道路通行能力，也是区域发展的必要举措。尤其是开发区、福山区和芝罘区三区交界的地方，市民们更是一直盼望能把路修好。</p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;">自2021年开始，烟台市住建局牵头各区政府，已贯通丁字路断头路45条，目前在建10条，2024年计划再启动19条，其中福山区4条，分别是：<strong>成德佳苑配套路、銮驾路南延、松霞新苑配套路（局部）、民阜路（永丰街-横二路）；</strong></p></section><section style="text-align: center;margin-top: normal;">与黄渤海新区连接道路，需结合沈海高速-红旗路快速化改造一并实施，该项目由市级统筹，已列入两区重点项目。因为牵扯到高速路改造，要随着高速路改造把交叉口预留出来，一旦启动高速路改造，便能顺利推进两区连接路贯通。</p></section></section></section></section><section style="padding-right:
