20年底买了套150多的，三房。除了客厅主卧大点，两个次卧都不大。如果重选会再攒两年钱，买个170左右的四室。俩娃三室家里来个客人也犯愁怎么住。

以前买个150多的，三居我改成了二居。立马方正多了。走廊成了卧室，也不浪费面积了。人少就不要留太多房间。
