style="white-space: normal;">7月烟台楼市新建住宅成交均价10360元/㎡，相比6月来说，成交均价有所下降但变化不大，最近两年烟台楼市成交价基本保持在万元上下，随着成交楼盘的价格高低而波动。</p></section></section><section style="line-height: 0;margin-top: 20px;margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">楼市进入淡季以来，除了芝罘区成交量依旧相对稳定之外，其他各区均出现了很大幅度的下降。但是莱山区凭借优越的区位环境受到改善型购房者的欢迎，而福山区的优势则是七八千元的低价格。</span><br/></p><p style="margin-bottom: 15px;white-space: normal;"><span style="font-size: 15px;">成交价方面，7月均价最高的区是开发区，12741元/㎡，其次是开发区，均价12355元/㎡，莱山区和开发区最近几年一直都是烟台房价最高的两个区，一个环境好一个潜力大，也是购房者青睐的原因。</span></p><p style="white-space: normal;"><span 接上最后一拨人上车，然后该收房产税了。
现在好多工资发不下来的公职人员，
必须要开源增收了，
目前蛋糕里最大的一项房产税还没有正式开征，放心吧，会很快的。刚过去的那个会，也说了房产税这个事情。相当于已经全国范围批准了。
